Welcome to solsound.com. Solsound is the trading name of Solsound Limited. Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that customers can shop with confidence and care with Solsound Limited.
Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. By using the solsound.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
1. Pricing and availability
All prices are in £ sterling (GBP) exclusive of delivery. Delivery charges can be found under shipping on the view basket page. Shipping charges will be shown prior to the checkout page. You may pay by any major credit card, visa debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. If all the items you ordered are in stock and ordered by 2pm we will normally ship your order on the same day. All efforts are made to fulfill orders within 14 working days, however additional and unavoidable delays may occur subject to product availability. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
2. Returns and Refund Policy
At Solsound Limited we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel your purchase at any time within seven days of the date you received the item by:
Returning the product by sending it to us. (You must include your receipt with the item) Please package the relevant items securely and send it so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Notifying us by phone so we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
Your product must be complete, unused and in "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product in anyway). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Special order goods ordered to your specification cannot be returned.
Return of faulty goods - the following are guidelines, wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except consumables like plectrums etc) are guaranteed by the makers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products are guaranteed for longer. While it is at the manufacturer's discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. The online prices are generally cheaper as the overheads for processing an order are lower than that of the personalised sales service of a shop.
How do I place an order? It's simple! Just search for the item you want either by using the menu on the left or alternatively search by manufacturer or key word using the site search box. To order just click "buy it now" The Shopping Basket will allow you to delete items or change quantities. To complete the order you will need to click on "Checkout" at this point it is necessary to register your personal details. You will then need to enter your payment details in our secure area to complete the order.
Is the online ordering secure? Shopping using a card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone.
For many people however putting card details into a website is still uncomfortable, as we are not sure what is happening to the information we are submitting or where it is going.
When you shop with a merchant who uses card payment facilities, you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet, so no one can read your card information. The card details are only transported to a bank to authorise your purchase.
Solsound Limited guarantees that we will never: Pass on your financial details; pass on any personal information gathered when you place an order, sell or rent your details. You will never receive junk mail as a result of using Solsound Limited or leave invasive technologies such as cookies on your machine.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered? If all the items you ordered are in stock we will normally ship your order within 1 working day. All efforts are made to fulfill orders within 14 working days, however additional and unavoidable delays may occur subject to product availability.
What are the postage costs? If you are purchasing an item, which may be very light in weight it will be sent via Royal Mail This option, is available for items up to 2kg in weight and up to 90cm in length. For more info, please visit:
Postage Surcharge - Due to extra weight and/or dimensions some items such as long rolls of material etc… will require a postage surcharge. This extra postage will be indicated in the shopping cart.

All attempts are made to ship within 24 or 48 hours (depending on postage service) from receipt of order, subject to supplier availability.

Claims regarding damaged goods, short delivery, non-delivery or incorrect goods cannot be entertained unless received within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
Special Order Goods Non stock items ordered to your specification are non refundable / returnable "If not required" (minimum deposit of 50% must be given to order)
